Can I return a product?

How do I mount the aluminum prints on the wall?
Our prints are designed to be mounted easily using the included mounting kit, which requires no drilling into the wall. The installation process is quick and simple, with no need for additional tools.
Are all the necessary elements for hanging the wall print included in the package?
We provide ready-to-hang aluminum prints along with a mounting kit for wall installation using hooks. We invite you to visit our dedicated page, where we detail and show how to mount and unmount a picture using velcro.
Do you provide customer support on weekends/holidays?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours, regardless of the day, including weekends and holidays.
Can I hang a vertical print horizontally or vice versa?

Can I have the design printed in a different orientation than shown in the listing?

Can you create aluminum prints from analog photos?

How should I care for my prints?
Our prints are made of aluminum and can be cleaned with water, a soft cloth, eyeglass cloth, or glass cleaner. They are resistant to water, scratches, and have a degree of chemical resistance. However, we strongly advise against using harsh chemicals as they might damage the prints.
How many prints can be packed in one package?
The quantity of prints that can be packed in one package depends on their size and quantity. If you are considering a larger order, please contact us with a description of your needs, including the desired quantity and size, at metalprintcraft@gmail.com.
How long does production and delivery take?
Our goal is to process orders within 48 hours of receipt. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. In Europe, delivery usually takes no more than 7 working days.
Please keep in mind that holidays, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances can affect delivery times. Also, due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, there might be logistics delays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific dates and times for delivery as these are dependent on the carrier's schedule.
I want to make changes to my order or correct the details
We allow changes to orders within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this period, the order is forwarded for production and cannot be altered.
